Next Level Cx - How we work
Open, honest, direct, dedicated, tactical – Next Level’s culture of collaboration brings together people with diverse experience and backgrounds spanning many industries, companies, and cultures.
Our aim is to bring together the best practices from this expansive knowledge base to assemble creative solutions that best fit your project’s needs.
Our Approach to work is simple, Do the work!
We are all for optimization and creating efficiencies, but large projects require a lot of work. Our people dig-in, get their hands dirty and get things done.
We love a challenge; we thrive on adversity and we are at our best when things are the most difficult – In a word – we have mettle. We are not here to whine, complain or feed an environment that is thriving on negativity. We’re here to rise above and create a positive, get it done attitude. Bring in small victories that will improve the attitude and atmosphere of your whole team.
Collaboration
We love collaboration, so even though we’re going to put our heads down and work – we are not going to work in a bubble or alienate anyone. We’re going to grab your current resources and drag them through the process with us. No one suffers alone, we operate as a team and great performance and successes will be shared by all.
Quality
Quality goes beyond QA/QC inspection for compliance with project drawings, details & specifications, code compliance, etc.
Our aim is to raise the bar across the board and bring quality to not only the install but to documentation as well. Increasing quality and accuracy of checklists, rigorously maintaining red-lines of project documentation and putting a premium on maintaining these in real-time. Not only improving client perceptions through timely submittals but minimizing issues or complications with project closeout. Resulting in getting you offsite on time and on budget and preventing costly delays in the release of final retention.
